Who we are
AngelEQ, based in Ängelholm, Sweden, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@angeleq.ai.
What we collect on this site
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes your IP address and basic request metadata to serve the page.
The chat assistant
This site has a chat assistant that answers questions about AngelEQ. Messages you type are sent to Anthropic (Claude), the AI provider that generates the replies, and processed on our instructions only. We keep chat transcripts for 60 days for quality and abuse review, then they are deleted automatically. Please do not share personal or sensitive information in the chat; it is meant for questions about the product.
If you choose to leave your contact details in the chat (for example your name, work email, or company), we store them and use them only to follow up on your request. The legal basis is your consent, given when you provide the details. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Why, and our legal basis
We use your email only to contact you about early access to AngelEQ. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or until the early-access programme ends and we no longer need them, whichever comes first. Chat transcripts are deleted automatically after 60 days; contact details you leave in the chat are kept until we have followed up, or until you ask us to delete them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers to run the site and the waitlist (for example Cloudflare for hosting, and our form and email provider). They process data on our instructions only.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Swedish authority (IMY). Email hello@angeleq.ai to exercise any of these rights.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner here. The only cookies we set are functional preference cookies that remember your language and theme choice (shared with app.angeleq.ai so your preference follows you into the product). They contain no identifiers and are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy rules. For traffic measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
