Who we are

AngelEQ, based in Ängelholm, Sweden, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@angeleq.ai.

What we collect on this site

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes your IP address and basic request metadata to serve the page.

Why, and our legal basis

We use your email only to contact you about early access to AngelEQ. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or until the early-access programme ends and we no longer need them, whichever comes first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use service providers to run the site and the waitlist (for example Cloudflare for hosting, and our form and email provider). They process data on our instructions only.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Swedish authority (IMY). Email hello@angeleq.ai to exercise any of these rights.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. For traffic measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
